In Uganda, access to basic healthcare is extremely limited — few hospitals serve vast areas, and many are difficult to reach or in poor condition. Common illnesses that are easily treatable elsewhere can become fatal here. People in Rubuguri often cannot afford the medicines they need, and even when they can, these are frequently unavailable. At the Hope Mission Clinic, patients receive free treatment and compassionate care for wounds, infections, and burns. The clinic’s dental office, serving around 150 patients each month, has already become a great blessing to the community. Yet, the clinic is still developing, with the vision to open all medical departments and offer deeper care. The greatest current needs are funds for staff salaries, medicines, and equipment. God brings healing, and we want to be His instruments — together, we can save lives and bring hope where there is so much suffering.
