The missionary campus in Uganda is more than just a physical space — it is a living home, a place where people are cared for, trained, and sent out to bring hope to their communities.

For this place to operate day by day, ongoing support is essential.

This project covers all the necessary expenses for the administration and daily functioning of the campus, including:

• salaries for the 72 Ugandan employees (administrative staff, security guards, workers)
• collaboration with dozens of day laborers who assist with campus work and construction projects
  (all of them are paid and provided with meals)
• daily meals for employees and missionaries
• electricity and water costs
• fuel for transportation
• maintenance of generators and work equipment
• security and safety services
• cleaning and maintenance supplies
• routine repairs and unexpected interventions
• tools and equipment needed for daily work
• maintenance of buildings and infrastructure
• administrative costs for coordinating missionary activities
• logistical support for missionaries living and serving on the campus

At the same time, this ministry would not be possible without the team in Romania — the less visible, yet essential part of the work.

This team coordinates projects, maintains communication with sponsors, manages logistics, documentation, and all the administrative processes that make the work in Uganda possible. These activities also involve costs that need ongoing support.

In essence, this campus is like a large home — with many people to care for, daily needs to meet, and constant responsibilities. For this mission to continue, steady resources are needed.
